Acceptance
By accessing or using Raftermath, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Raftermath provides a home management platform that helps homeowners track projects, maintenance, and property history. We may update, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service, and you must own or manage the property you add to Raftermath.
Your data
You own all content you add to Raftermath, including home data, projects, and maintenance records. By using the service, you grant Iterated Computing LLC a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- → Use the service for any illegal purpose
- → Scrape or automatically extract data from the service
- → Share your account credentials with others
Beta
Raftermath is currently in beta. Features may change, be discontinued, or behave unexpectedly. We appreciate your patience and feedback.
Payment
Raftermath is currently free. Paid plans will be announced separately before the beta period ends. Early beta users will be grandfathered into their rate.
Limitation of liability
Raftermath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Iterated Computing LLC is not liable for data loss, property decisions made based on the service, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
